Need help/Advice on setting up a redundant ISP connection

We have 2 datacenters. Both centers are connneted by a dedicated T1 connection.

At Dataceneter 1 (Metro): We have an addtioanl ISP (at&t) , at&t were down for about 3 hours on Friday and we had a lot of lost business.

I would like to know if it's possible to use the dedicated T1 as a backup/redundant T1 in case AT&T were to go down again.

If this is possilbe, can soemone guide me to a step-by step guide/site/blog/artiicle or something.

The downside to his is that have very very limited experiance with cisco routers so we may end up brining in help but I wanted check to see if its possibe first
