Linksys router (WRT54GS) for windows 2000 with Verizon DSL connection (DHCP) and westell 6100 DSL modem

Hi Experts,

I am trying to set up my friends Linksys router (WRT54GS) for windows 2000 with Verizon DSL connection (DHCP) and westell 6100 DSL modem. I have done PPPoE connection for my own home, but first time for DHCP. After some research, I found the following article.

However, internet still is not working and I believe I really follow same steps and an internet light is off on the DSL modem.
If anybody has experienced same thing or similar, please share your experience.
