How to create Gateway to Gateway VPN  Connection using Linksys Equipment

I have two Sites, Site A and Site B

Site A, I am using Cable Internet Connection and my ISP have provided a modem and I have installed Linksys WRV200 Router, it is working fine and I dont have any problem.

Where as in Site B, I have ADSL PPPoA Connection and I need to use ADSL2 Router to connect to internet.  I have Linksys WAG200G (http://ui.linksys.com/files/WAG200G/1.00.09/Setup.htm ) ,  I am able to configure Internet Connection using my ISP settings and it is working fine, I need VPN, since WAG200G is ordinary router, I had to purchase Linksys WRV200 (http://ui.linksys.com/files/WRV200/1.0.29/SetupDHCP.htm ) I have connected one end of the Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports in WAG200G and the other end of the Ethernet Cable to WAN port of WRV200.  I am able to use Internet but my DDNS is taking WAG200G LAN IP as the WAN IP
Example:

WAG200G
=========
LAN IP      :      192.168.0.1
WAN IP      :      90.193.12.78

WRV200
=======
LAN IP      :      192.168.1.1
WAN IP      :      192.168.0.2

Since WRV200 is taking WAG200Gs LAN IP as its WAN IP, I am unable to establish VPN, how can I make this WRV200 to gain the actual WAN IP instead of WAG200Gs LAN IP?

==================

Finally I have another question.  I have Linksys AM300, I use ADSL PPPoE Connection.  Can I just connect my Telephone Line to DSL port in AM300 without any changes or configuration of ISP settings.  Can I connect one end of Ethernet Cable to WRV200 WAN Port and the other end of the cable to AM300 Ethernet Port and enter PPPoE Login information in WRV200 ?  Will this work???Start Free Trial
