Not able to convert CatOS to IOS

Hi

I have a Cat6503 and I have a CatOS and the MSFC2A module loaded with IOS. I am trying to load a IOS now on the switch and remove CatOS.

If I follow the procedure from this web page
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_tech_note09186a008015bfa6.shtml#conv_32

After performing step 7, after reset a message appears saying that the NVRam is corrupted. If I go ahed and perform the rest of the steps, the procdure again stops at step 11. The IOS image obtained from the Cisco website crashes and it goes into a ROMMON prompt again. Here is part of the error it throwsStart Free Trial
