Allow VPN subnets to see each other on Cisco ASA

Hi,

I have an ASA5510 active /passive cluster - it have 7 VPNS configured

Subnets:

192.168.1.* (Local)
192.168.2.* (Remote Site VPN)
192.168.3.* (Remote Site VPN)
192.168.4.* (Remote Site VPN)
192.168.5.* (Remote Site VPN)
192.168.6.* (Remote Site VPN)
10.40.0.0.* (Remote Site VPN)

All remotes sites can see and talk to the local 192.168.1.* range but cant see the others.

How do I configure the 10.40.0.0.* (Remote Site VPN) to talk to 192.168.2.* (Remote Site VPN)
Is it just a ACL or do I need to add a route?
