Configuring BGP, IBGP and HSRP with two different providers

We are upgrading our Wan infrastrucuture in a staged environment.   We've got two providers an IP block and AS nubmers from both providers.  Initially we ordered two 3825 edge routers, 1 for each provider, ATT and Optimum.  Because of the handoff we got from ATT we had to put a 7200 router in front of one of the 3825 edge routers (see attachment).  There is a switch between Router1 and Router2, Router2 and Router3 are directly connected.   BGP and IBGP works between all of the routers both inbound and outbound.  The problem I have is with HSRP.  I've configured router2 as the active router in HSRP.  The problem is, if that router goes down the Router1 still advertises the BGP routes and a host on the inside can't get in because it still sees the ATT side as the preferred path back in.   I know there are a few ways solve this, looking for suggestions.  Not sure if I can advertise BGP to the upstream router on the ATT side from Router2 or not.  I could also plug and interface on router3 into the switch that router1 and router2 are in.  Start Free Trial
