VPN Site to site, The port forwarding only works at the main office.

Hi, this is probably a route problem but I don't know how to fix it.

There is my scenario :

Site A w/ static public IP (everything is working fine at this site):
Nortel BCM50e (PBX + Business secure router 222)
IP : 192.168.3.1/24
Natted computer : 192.168.3.75
Working port forward (Computer with open table reservation software) 6320 TCP and many more.
This site is the VPN Secure Gateway (Main office)

Site B :
BCM50e
IP : 192.168.1.1/24
Natted computer : 192.168.1.75
Every port forward don't work (RDP,VNC,PC Anywhere .. they're all configured exactly the same as the Main office (site A))

At Site B I double checked all my rules (Firewall and Nat) and everything is ok. When I take a look at logs, I can see that the traffic is fowarded to the good computer (192.168.1.75) but nothing happens.

If I shutdown my site to site VPN tunnel, every port foward on site B works.
