Cisco 1841 router crash

Hi there,
I've a Cisco 1841 router that crashed yesterday ... error being receieved was related to low memory ... i had to restart it to bring it back to normal ... but what can be done to prevent this issue again and secondly, whats the issue related to ? IOS upgrade or some actual issue in memory ... Unfortunately, except for show version, i dont have any other debugs .... Given below is show version ...
