changing from dialer interface to static ip address on atm0

hi all, we have just been assigned a static ip to swap over from our dynamic

im having a little trouble changing over to my newly given static ip

the only thing i have changed in the below config is the dialer1 interface
isntead of no ip address i have put in my static ip address and subnet mask
i cant connect to the internet though

any suggestions for debugging or solutions?
