RWW through Verizon FIOS Actiontec router

Hi all,
This has happened to me enough times now where I think I need to resolve it!

Over the last year or so I've had 3 client switch their ISP to Verizon FIOS. In all 3 cases, I had used RWW to access their WIndows 2003 SBS server and client PCs by simply forwarding port 4125 to the server's IP address. In all cases, this no longer works after the FIOS installation, even though I also forward port 4125 in the new Actiontec MR4124-WR router Verizon supplies.

This now happened again today with a 4th client!

When I try to connect, I get the usual RWW login screen, but when I select the server and try to connect, I get the error in the screen shot attached.

I found one post here on EE where someone said to change the MTU in the Actiontec to 1480. I did try that -- changed the MTU on the broadband conenction from automatic to 1480, but it still doesn't work.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Tom
