i m not using DHCP for my network.i know if i use DHCP i can bind ip with MAC.but i want to bind static ip with MAC.in my LAN i have 50 clients ,i don't want to go each and every client PC and change their ip to
automatically configure.i can get all client pc MAC address from mikrotik router.so is it any way to bind static ip??????

Hi,
what is the problem with static entry in the arp table? how does the client connect to your network, and what kind of device is the client (i.e. laptop computer, CPE router, server, etc) ?

I don't understand why DHCP would cause any problem with webservers - please explain! :-}
