Asked by FalconQ in Network Routers, Network Management
Hello,
is there anyone who is familiar with Cisco Embedded Menu manager (xml and tcl) ??
I am working on a menu which will make it easier for non-cisco users to configure some functions on the router. I have already created a menu with following options:
change hostname
change enable pass
set enable pass
sh ip routes
sh bgp routes
sh ospf routes
shutdown int gig0/0
enable int gig0/0
exit
so what I am looking for right now is how to configure TCL compined with XML so that users have an options to assign ip address on the interface ??
I wrote an .xml file which is saved as .mdf file and this mdf file is uploaded to router`s flash.
So everything is working just fine except the assigning ip address on the interface...
Anyone who could help ?? xml or mdf sample would be nice ........
Thank You
Best regards
