Rule - forward port 25 to 192.168.X.X from WAN - range 1X.1X.1X.1X to 1X.1X.1X.1X, i need to add port 25 to 192.168.X.X from WAN - range 2X.2X.2X.2X to 2X.2X.2X.2X and port 25 to 192.168.X.X from WAN - range 3X.3X.3X.3X to 3X.3X.3X.3X. Is it possble have multiple rules pointing to the same internal address from different WAN Ranges on this device

Only one "range" per port, at least on that router.
Generally you forward all incoming port 25 traffic to one internal port, but there are security advantages of limiting that.
