Catalyst 6509 used for DSL ATM aggregation VC's

attached is the config from the router we are testing in the lab for production DSL.  The problem I am having is that after about 10-12 hours the dsl modems cannot get online.  they can be atm pinged from the router, and they can ping the IP gateway, and other interface IP's on the same router, but cannot route out.  It seems (i haven't verified this yet)  that if i clear arp on the router, the connection will come back.  before I do this, "sho arp" has all the appropriate entries, and appears up to date.
