Port Forwarding on Juniper SSG5

We have a Juniper SSG5 and we are trying to setup port forwarding.  I have already created the objects, setup the VIP, and setup the Policy.  I even ran the VIP MULTI-PORT command through Telnet.  I am at a loss here as to how to setup port forwarding on this device.
