ESXi 4.1 installation error "vmkctl.HostCtlException Unable to load module /usr/lib/vmware/vkmod/vmfs3: Failure"

HI,
I am trying to install ESXi 4.1 on a new build desktop but failed at the very beginning with error "vmkctl.HostCtlException Unable to load module /usr/lib/vmware/vkmod/vmfs3: Failure".
Attached is the screenshot.
It sounds like the installation process failed to detect the hard disk.
There are three options in BIOS: IDE, XRAID, AHCI.
I've tried all of them but still got same error.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Configuration of the desktop:
Motherbord: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R
HDD: 5X 1TB SATA disks
