There seems to be a descrepancy in what MPN or model number my router is. Is there anyway to cross reference a serial number to get the exact model number. For example, We are being told that the model number is C2821-V/K9 where we think it's a C2821-VSEC/K9. We no longer have a SmartNet on this router.<br />
