The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Installed and available memory on a Cisco CATOS switch

I am being asked to gather information on some of our switches. My boss gave me a couple samples of what is needed but I am having trouble matching what is on the spreadsheet with what shows up on the switch.
Below is the information that was given to me about a switch.
