How do I enable multicast routing on a Cisco 3750 switch/router?

Does anyone know how to enable my Cisco 3750 to route multicast traffic?  I have two vlans in my Cisco 3750.  Vlan 1400 and 1401.  Connecting Altiris AClient to Vlan 1400 works fine to connect to the server via multicast.  But when I connect from Vlan 1401 it does not work.

I have found commands for "ip multicast router" but are not available on my switch.

Any ideas?

what feature set are you running on the 3750...   probably ne EMI and not SMI...

I do not really know.  I do not know a whole lot about EMI, SMI, or the differenc.  I just want to be able to send and receive multicast traffic to and from vlans 1400 and 1401.

well,  if your feature set supports it,   you configure:

1)  globally enable multicast using "ip multicast-routing"

2) on each interface (in this case vlan 1400 and 1401)  configure "ip pim sparse-dense-mode"

I do not have those commands available.  I referred to those command being unavailable in the link I posted above.  Any other ideas?

Those commands are available on a 3750. Are you in config mode when you attempt to apply them?

Yes.  I am running the following IOS:
Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(25)SEE3, Release Software (fc2)
I am trying to use the following commands, but are not available for my 3750 in config mode.
Switch(config)# ip multicast-routing
Switch(config-if)# ip pim sparse-dense-mode           (for each VLAN)

looked up the command ip multicast-routing on the Cisco Command Look up utility here:
http://tools.cisco.com/Support/CLILookup/cltSearchAction.do?Application_ID=CLT&IndexId=IOS&IndexOptionId=123&SearchPhrase="*"&Paging=25&ActionType=getCommandList&Bookmark=True

If you choose the following IOS releases, the command is available for 12.2SR and SB but not SX.  I must be running SX even though I do not see that indication when I do a show version command.

You are running IP base feature set.. . you will ahve to upgrade to the Advanced Feature set...   Or get a router hooked up between vlans that supports multicast..
