Locked PC 2724 - password lost

Customer has 3 Dell Powerconnect 2724 switches. They are in managed mode and probably have about a dozen vlans. One of our former engineers set them up and didn't document any of it. Unfortunately now I need to make some vlan changes but I cannot get into the GUI to amend the details. These switches have no CLI. We do not have the passwords for any of them. The switches apparently do not have a backup option either (not that I think it was set up anyway) so if I wipe one of them I will be taking out a third of this company's network. I'm not in a huge rush to do this...

Does anyone know a solution for me to get on or to edit the switches please?Start Free Trial
