Microsoft RAS breaks after Dell Switch Install w/VLAN's

Our environment is as follows
Internet - Cisco ASA - Dell Switch 6224 (Layer 3 capable) - Misc other Switches

Clients connect to our Windows 2003 RAS Server using the Windows XP VPN Client. This worked properly before installing the Dell 6224 switch.

After installing the 6224 and setting it as the gateway for the LAN Clients (servers too), the network and all functionality work fine, except RAS, which fails on the authentication of the user and locks the account.

We have setup appropriate routes on the switch to allow external connectivity, in addition we have setup one VLAN on the switch, we have disabled Net Directed Broadcasts and Local Proxy Arp.
