I am new to Vlans and would like some help with routing between them. We have just installed a new voip phone system (Mitel) and have configured Vlans to provide priority and security on our core switch (HP Procurve 5308XL). I need to be able to access the phone systems management web page but cannot as it is on another VLAN. My machine has our ISA server 2004 as it's default gateway. All vlans are set up on the perimeter switches and everything else is working fine.
Here are the details of the config.
VLAN 1 - Data vlan for our computer network. The core switch has an ip of 10.0.1.100, 255.255.0.0.
VLAN 3 - VOIP for our phones. The VLAN has an IP of 192.168.1.255, 255.255.255.0
Our ISA server has an IP address of 10.0.1.5, 255.255.0.0
The telephone system webpage has an address of
http://192.168.1.2.
I have enabled IP routing on the switch but cannot access the management webpage. Please can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong/not doing.
Many thanks
Stuart
