ACL in 3COM L3 switch

Hi Experts,

I got two Questions..
(1) I forgot my admin password of my 3COM 4200G Switch. Any way to recover it.?
(2) I have a ACL in place and it's working fine. Now I have inserted a Rule ID through Web Interface, But technically it's not effecting.( earlier Rule ID # are 1,2,10.    I have added Rule ID 3 in between).
Any help to figure it out.
