if write mem does not save them it might be a bug in the image. i would then upgrade your image.

So im not too familiar with the CE500 series and the device manager but when you reboot you should have an option to save settings. It was also my understanding that when you make changes and apply them they were saved to the startup config as well.
Also check the main page to see if there is an option to save.
It appears to be a bug, or feature. There is a way to access a CLI and save the config. Here is the url: http://switchip/level/15/e
yesh this is a verified bug with Cisco. At this time (As of today) they dont have any fix for it.
Here is the workaround:
Workaround:
1) Submit changes on any other page after enabling SNMP, the SNMP
config will be saved to startup.
2) Uuse this URL to force a config save:
http://x.x.x.x/level/15/ex
