Yes, you are right about spanning-tree portfast should be only used on access ports. But I guess for some odd reason if you want to turn portfast on your trunk links cisco lets you with that command.
Taken from cisco's command database...
"Router(config-if)# spanning-tree portfast trunk
%Warning:portfast should only be enabled on ports connected to a single
host. Connecting hubs, concentrators, switches, bridges, etc... to this
interface when portfast is enabled, can cause temporary bridging loops.
Use with CAUTION"

I myself have never ran into a situation that would need STP port-fast on a trunk link. But here are a few post with your same question.
