Need to reset Dell PowerConnect 3348 switch to factory defaults.
I have a Dell PowerConnect 3348 switch that I need to reset to the factory defaults.
Problem being, I can't get to the console - set VT100, N81, no flow control.

delete your startup config.
switch will be reset to factory defaults
