I would assume they want a printed copy of your running config.
to do this you will need to login to each switch (not sure how you access your switches, SSH, Telnet or console), then issue the "sh run" command.
Copy then paste the output to a txt file.
Another option would be to copy the startup or running config from the switch via tftp to a tftp server.
you would need to install a tftp server on your workstation or laptop, then log into the switch and run "copy start tftp". you will then be asked several questions about the tftp server.
