Nortel Switch Password recovery

Hi All I hope that you will be able to help me,

I've got Nortel Ethernet Routing Switch 4548GT-PWR I was trying to Set a Web Password from : Administration > Security > Web

in Web Switch Password Setting i was changing into Local and typed the password for Readonly and Read/Write

I was trying to set the password into "password" and clicked on submit.

The machine prompt me  a note that the password must be lenght of 10-15 digits and i should click on OK.

Now... I can't login into it ... I've god login failed all the time....

What should i do??
I was trying to connect by Telnet but No matter which password i'm using I Can't login.

Please help me here ...
