Using Cisco Mars to monitor and report bandwidth usage
Does anyone know if a Cisco mars can monitor and give reports for bandwidth usage?
CS-MARS Standalone: v6.0
We are trying to get reports from a Point to Point circuit. We have a 3560 switch going to a 7206 router at one location going over a point to point to another 7206 router and would like to see how much bandwidth we are using on a daily basis.

MARS is more of an Intrusion Detection system. It can alert you if there is a sudden increase in traffic to a port, but it doesn't have usage reporting.

That got the job done thanks
I would definitely go for MRTG/PRTG Or CACTI Or Netflow in order to get free professional bandwidth usage reports. (Netflow softw is not free)
Best,
