StorageTek SN3300 BIOS updates and Admin Account management

Two questions both pertaining to a StorageTek SN3300:
1. Where are BIOS/Firmware updates for this device located? I've exhusted the 'google' and found nothing. I want to confirm my current version is at the latest release (5.8.0c Firmware level, 4.23 BIOS Version, Booter Version 4.11).

2. How can I change the root password for this device? Nothing in the GUI or the command shell offer any space to change the admin password.
