How to configure a vlan on a  3Com Baseline Switch 2426

I have a 3Com baseline switch 2426 and a Cisco 3550 switch. I want to create a second vlan on each switch with the name of vlan 2 and I want the 3Com switch to be able to forward data from vlan 1 and vlan 2 to the Cisco 3550 switch. IP routing is enabled on the Cisco switch.
