How to enable Packet injection and Monitor mode on Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG running on Windows Vista? I have read that this is possible with linux, but can it be done on Windows?

Short answer is no.
Depending on the chipset used on the wireless card, it may not be possible at all.
But you can try it with a bootable Live Distribution of Linux without losing Vista (until you're ready [grin]).
I suggest Network Security Toolkit (NST).
