configuring wpa zebra QL420 plus

Hi experts,

Could one of you please tell me how to get wpa to work on a zebra ql420+?

I could make it work on a Q4C  (symbol wireless adapter) but can't do it on a Q4D (zebra wireless adapter)
There is no firmware update available for this type of ql420+
