Wireless IP camara settings

Hi, My am setting up linksys camara in my office, Everything setup i can access the camaras from local ip with wire and without wire. now my task is to configure Remote access in the camara. I did all the necessory steps. but still i am not able to connect the camara.Please look the steps i did.

1. Created a account in dyndns.org, and enterd the domain name and username in the linksys router.
2.Went to Linksys cam, went to option set upnp enabled and http enabled port number to 1024.
3.In the router i forworded port 1024 ( single port forwording ) to the ip address of the camara
4.Already assigned static ip to Camara.
5.I checked diffrnt port, nothing happend.
6. i am able to ping from outside.
7.So i believe port forwording is not happening in the router
8. i thought to check port forwording in the router, so i opend 3389 port to one computer ip address. it worked , i could access the pc from remote location.
9.I went linksys website and checked all the details i havent get any clue.

Please help me to sort out the problem, Its V-urgent actually
