Trouble connecting PC to wireless Time Capsule

I am trying to connect a Windows XP machine to the wireless network on my Time Capsule. My Macbook connects no problem but the PC always gets stuck acquiring a network address. I have SP3 installed and have tried everything including inserting another external wireless card but nothing works. Any ideas?
