Wireless connection drops when moving among access points

Business has 3 CiscoAironet 1230AG access points, with each one connected to the network with cat5 cabling. Their problem is that when an employee walks from one zone to another, he loses the network connection when his laptop switches to one of the other access points.

Is there a way to configure the access points so that switching from one zone to another is seamless, with no loss of network connectivity?
