Power Over Ethernet for CIsco Aironet AP 1300 series

We are setting up some 15 Cisco AP specifically AIR-AP1310G-A-K9 to WiFi complete building.
Now in the past I have used Power over Ethernet solution for AP using Cisco Power Injector adapters.

But here we are looking for low cost switch with PoE. My friend told me that Cisco works on 48v power input and these AP can only be plug to cisco switch with PoE. Since Cisco switches are little expensive we where looking for other alternate solutions for the same.
