Experts, I have a dilemma. Our CEO has a huge house in Malibu, CA. The house looks like a rectangle. The Wireless Router is on one side of the house, and a workstation connected via Network Cable 6 ft away.
The laptop however only works at the midpoint of the house. That's as far as the signal goes at the center of the house. Everything beyond the center, does not catch the signal.
I offered to setup a Linksys Wireless Adapter w/ signal booster, but I do not know how well that will work.
Any other ideas of how to make the whole house have a good signal.
Note: Router must stay in its current location. Cannot be moved to center of house. What other options are on the table?
