I need to know how to detect air quality or signals in the air for a 5.8 ghz wireles unit. I have done many times on 2.4 using either cisco site survey utility or netstumbler. in the cisco 340/350 units there was built in site survey that you can run in the units to help in choosing a frequency with lowest interference.
I can't seem to locate that in a cisco 1410 bridge and that is my question. Is it there? or what is recomended method to site survey in 5.8 ghz range?
