I have not found the driver for it, nor has the supplier that sold me the card without a driver disk.
They sent one that did not work.
Now I need an EXPERT!

Perhaps I am missing it but I don't see anything in your post to give a clue as to what the card is. Do you have any manufacturer information? Are there any numbers listed on the card such as serial number, or manufactuer number? Perhaps you could take a picture and attach it so that we could see what it is?
