irql_not_less_or_equal when wireless is turned on

hi, experts

i have this computer, here is what is happen:

here at my house the wireless works great on this pc.

but when i take to my friends house this pc give this error on a blue screen. and this only happen if the wireless is turned on. becouse if i let the wireless turned off, the computer works good, and if i even have the computer plug by cable on network, it connects to the internet.

so i have preatty shure is the wireless, but the strange part, is that only works here on my house i can see the wireless avaleable and connect, but on my friends house it start the computer, and when the windows is showing if the wireless is on, then this error show up.

what can i do?

i was thinking maybe could be other computer close by his apartment that has same mac address. don't know what to do.
