Hi,
This is one of 3 access points in the building, they are all the same, Netgear Prosafe WG102 but are not connected to each other. Authentication in via WPA-PSK and other laptop users can connect to any AP and use the ptinter and mapped drives.
As mentioned one user has had issues with another access point which has now since been removed and replaced with the new access point so it could be network related which is strange as all other users are fine.
Tested the user on another of the AP's and same issues so it's not related to just one AP.
I can ping the servers from the laptop and the laptop has a DHCP address from the server. I have checked all the AP's and they have the same network settings.
Hope this helps
Thanks, martin

I think a little more detail would be useful here - i.e. Do you have many access points or just the one? What kind of authentication do you use for your WLAN?
For example, if you only have a single access point, and all other laptop users are fine when connected to this AP, I would assume the AP itself is fine. However if you have several APs, can you confirm whether or not this particular user is always connecting to the same AP when he has the problem?
If you can bulk out the details surrounding this it would give a better indication of where to start looking for the problem... :)
Cheers!
