DLink DP-301U PrintServer Problem

I have an HP LaserJet P2015 Printer with a  Dlink DP-301U Print Server.  I've been having the worst time with these two acting up all the time.  Many times I would not be able to print and I have to turn off the printer and the print server wait for a minute and turn it on again.  What is wrong with this.  By the way I have a SBS2k3 Server.  Please help. 500 pointsStart Free Trial
