Cafe style Access Point

I would like to create an access point like in the cafe, where you will be directed to a website (portal) to get your access to the internet.  But instead of paying using credit cards or such I need AP to allow access only when I allowed them to.  I need this for our business associates (guest) who often needs internet connection. Can anyone help me to accomplish this. (Hardware or software needed)  Thanks.

How do I set it up so that they can't get in to the company's server?  I have SBS 2K3 with DHCP turned off.  Can I use this router that I have Zyxel P-330W?
Have you logged into the wireless router itself?  There are options in there such as time to allow users etc...

Heyyyy, I like that. Will help me with some of my clients where I am setting up wifi for Motor Home parks and rest stops =)

Thank You
the idea of the software is that you leave your wireless access point aside from ssid and the usual passwords etc pretty much as standard, no need to encrypt it. Users then access the one website, either request a username and password, or just type theres in. you have complete control over everyone connected, and they are firewalled from the rest of your network.

The main downside is the fact that you need the dedicated PC, although that said you dont need anything particularily high spec, it doesnt even need an os, it all boots straight from the disk. wonderful piece of kit.

regards, Rich
I want to be able to detect the wireless signal.  And when I select the network, it will take me to a page where I could put in a user name and password of some sort
essentially this is what the zone control cd will allow you to do, there are a number of different options, it does require some configuration. but it almost runs out of the box so to speak. you can set it up so users have to contact you to get a logon or they can register online from the web page which loads up automatically when they try to conect etc.

i sugest you have a good look at the website and it will probably answer most of your questions.

regards rich.
Is there any wireless router out there that could be flashed and reconstruct it to be doing the things that zone control cd does?  Because I don't want to create just a special computer just for the internet access.
Firmware alternatives are WRT that you can look into. Haven't checked them out lately, but they have been great for supplying more features to routers with a simple flash. http://www.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/index.php
Do they have features such as Public IP ZoneCD like change the home address to name login or temporary password?
