LAN to Wireless to Wireless to LAN
I have a temporary request for a new office install;
Internet is unavailable for a few weeks at this new office due to Telstra being so useless that it is painful.
So, they have struck an agreement with another tennant in the building to use one of their spare ADSL lines - so, I need to get that internet into this office.
Yes, a LAN cable would be good - but it is not a possibility - please don't suggest it. There are tennancy walls in place, and OH&S issues that will simply not permit it.
My plan was to basically have 2 wireless points at either end (there is only about 10 metres between points, with no major obstructions (besides a thin, unreinforced concrete wall). My issue is, I have not tried connecting WAN devices like this - so what hardware will I need, or better yet, what is the name of what I am trying to do here?
