Help on choosing the right corporate solution for VoFI - wiat for 802.11r?

We are about to purchase a campus wireless network, based around d-link dwl-8500's running off odf two 2 dws-3204's which claim sub 100ms hand off between access points.

Should we wait for 802.11r?

Are there any manufacturers that can do sub 50ms handoff already (using WPA or WPA2) We want to use SIP phones, as they are generally cheaper.
