Have a client who has an office on a floor that is shared with other tenants. Presently he has 4 or 5 people together in one part of the floor. He is renting 2 more offices on the floor, the first office is approximately 40 to 50 feet away from the main switch/server (underneath a secretary's desk). It is around a corner (L shaped 10 feet one part, the rest a corridor of about 40ft). The second office is another 40 to 50 feet away (L shaped 40 feet straight, then corner then 10 feet). We wanted to put a wireless access point where the server is mounted on the wall. Another repeater at the first office that is going to be rented and then another one at the second office. We cannot do any wiring on the floor, the building prefers we do it wirelessly, we have permission to install the units outside the office on the wall somewhere. Any recommendations on the best way to do this and what are the best products to do this with. (They are using Microsoft Server 2003 just for additional information)

Are there drop ceilings in this office space? If so, you could possibly run the cat5 cables to feed them up there, too. You just need to keep them up off the tiles. Then you could use about any APs you want.

The main thing to look at is the antennas you use. I would suggest going with good quality wireless access points from Cisco or someone similar, then using directional antennas to form the wireless bridge between the first and second offices, then use another access point in each office to share it around. A device that supports two arials would make this easier.
