Are there drop ceilings in this office space? If so, you could possibly run the cat5 cables to feed them up there, too. You just need to keep them up off the tiles. Then you could use about any APs you want.

The main thing to look at is the antennas you use. I would suggest going with good quality wireless access points from Cisco or someone similar, then using directional antennas to form the wireless bridge between the first and second offices, then use another access point in each office to share it around. A device that supports two arials would make this easier.
