Vaio Wireless Device Switch Setting Utility doesn't show Bluetooth

I have just done a clean Vista Business install on a Vaio VGN-FZ11Z. I had previously downloaded the necessary drivers and utilities from the support Web site, and I started to install them one by one. There is one little utility called "Wireless Device Switch Setting Utility"  where you can enable or disable either Bluetooth or WLAN or both of them (image_1.jpg). I like this little utility very much and use it quite often, because I have different Bluetooth / WLAN setups at home and work, so I can enable / disable the related wireless functionality from a single neat interface without having to go through network settings or Device Manager.

I have a problem with this little utility. In the previous Vista installation there was a section on the utility labeled Bluetooth Device with a checkbox that allowed me to turn it on and off (image_1.jpg). Even though the official Bluetooth stack from Toshiba is installed, this section is missing on the utility, so Bluetooth isn't available as an option to enable or disable. There are only options to switch between 2.4 and 5 GHz LAN (image_2.jpg). I installed the Bluetooth stack first, then the utility, and vice versa, downloaded the latest updates, but none of them worked. It's as if the Bluetooth stack isn't installed at all, but it is; I can connect to Bluetooth devices, and access all the functionalities through the regular Bluetooth interface.

I don't think this is a compatibility issue as the original drivers didn't work together, either. I presume I need to install something else before I install these two or there is a specific order in which they should be installed, etc. I tried all possibilities and combinations, and none of them worked.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Do you have any suggestions? How can I see and enable / disable Bluetooth on Wireless Device Switch Setting Utility again?
