I have a Wildblue sat bringing in a signal to a Linksys WRT54G, 2.4GHz, 802.11g with speed boost. From there I'm going to a Sputnik Value Point 530G (I believe that is what it is, previous owner left no information??) with an omni directional antenna. The signal is good outside another building more then 300 feet away, but as soon as I go into the building the signal drops to very low, then to nothing as I go further into the building. I was thinking of using a Sputnik Nano Station 2 as a bridge in the new building to pick up the outside signal and hard wiring that output to another linksys router so I can operate a desktop with no wireless and a few laptops. Before I invest time and money, will this work? and, will I need to program any or both of the routers to work? I believe I can get Sputnik tech support to help with any of the Nano Station programming.
