I have a coupe macs at home and also some windows machines what is teh best wireless I shoudl get the airport express or anotehr one?>

Can your machines recieve wireless signals?

Assuming that the computers are capable of doing wireless, I'd take a serious look at the AirPort Extreme. I have one in my house and two at the office.  Home is a mixture of Macs, PCs and other wireless devices and work is the same. I have tried both cheap and expensive wireless access points and routers and have found the AirPort Extreme to be about as solid as you can get.

You didn't specify do you look for wireless on PC or wirelless router. In case 1. I'd warmly suggest Athereos, its so much better than Intel Wirelles cards. In case 2. D-Link, Lynksys, or if you have money Cisco with additional features.
